Visitors from Johnson & Johnson
We videod chatted to people from England, USA, Austria, France and Poland. It was fun, I got to ask a quesiton to the English school in Maidenhead, the school is called Berkshire. Chloe & Elio spoke French. Emre asked the America man was he in his pyjamas!. Aleksander, Igor & Wiktoria talked to a Polish man named Marcin. I didn’t understand it but it was cool to watch. We all got a chance to talk to the English school: there was so many questions to be asked. The English school was jealous when they found out we didn’t wear uniform!
By Alexa McInerney, 4th class.
We had special visitors yesterday, they were workers from Johnson and Johnson. We watched a video about spreading germs and I am officially a PDI (protect don’t infect) agent! We did an experiment on how germs can spread. A man set up Skype and I talked to a school in the UK and French, German, Polish Johnson & Johnson workers and the managing director of Johnson & Johnson in the US. When we finished I got a present from them, I got baby wipes, hand sanitiser & a certificate. I really enjoyed the experience.

These are the visitors from Johnson and Johnson who worked with 4th class yesterday. Anne Goggin, a past Chairperson of LSP and a parent of past pupils organised the visit.
Good news for Zakie in fifth class.
Zakie is one of five people asked to compete for his kickboxing team Limerick Combat Gym on the Munster team. He will be fighting in December in Kildare. This is a big achievement for Zakie as he is only competing in tournaments for 2 years. Zakie currently holds a yellow with green tip belt.
