Term 3 Red Envelope Week – thanks to those who paid, a reminder to those of you who may have forgotten.

The Halla is available to rent a couple of nights a week. Please contact Louise.

Eamonn Andrews, photographer will be in school tomorrow, Friday.

Please let us know as soon as possible if your child/ren will not be returning to LSP in September.

We ask that parents plan holidays outside term time. The school cannot give ‘permission’ for holiday absences during term time. We strongly discourage parents from taking students on holidays during term time if a parent decides to take a child out of school for holidays, we request the parent to provide a letter to the school to say they are doing so and are aware of the implications. We remind parents of the educational and potential legal impact of removing students from school for periods of time

The boy’s basketball team travelled to UL this morning to play against JFK in the 2nd Division Final. We won by 10 points, everyone played very well but we pulled ahead at the very end. By Alex & Rowan 6th

On the 22nd May, the LSP girl’s basketball team travelled to UL to complete in the girls Division 1 finals. The girl’s have been working extremely hard all year to get to this point. We played Scoil an Spioraid Naoimh in the finals, we played very well as a team and brought home the gold. Congratulations to all of the girl’s on the team. By Zoe & Juliet
