LETS 10 Year Anniversary

Limerick Educate Together School is celebrating 10 years since it opened. We wish them all the best for the future as they grow in size and plan for their new school building.

Do you have a baby or toddler at home that you intend sending to LSP? Please ensure that Louise has an enrolment form on file and check what number your child is. Siblings have right of entry only if enrolled before their first birthday. If you decide to defer your child’s place until the following year, that is done in chronological order. If you have any queries please come and talk to Louise or Orla.

Dr Maureen Griffin gave a talk on Internet Safety. It was a very informative talk and we were delight to see so many attend. We have attached a Parent Information Sheet from Dr Maureen. Visit her website for many useful links to resources for parents, students.

Animal Magic will visit LSP next Wednesday 10th June. All classes get the opportunity to learn about a variety of animals, their habits and habitats.

“We pride ourselves at aiming our lessons to the child’s level of understanding making it an exciting experience. Our lessons add to the pupils’ appreciation and knowledge of natural history, arouse their curiosity, promote respect and create a desire to get out and see animals in their own natural environment.”

Coffee Morning next Friday 12th June, from 8.30 am.

Final Coffee Morning of the school term will be held on Friday June 12th from 8.30 am outside the staff room.  Come along for a free cup of coffee/tea and a chat.

LSP 25 year celebrations will conclude with a Yard Party for all the LSP Children.

The party will take place on June 19th from 11 to 1pm.

This will be a great celebration for all the children with a fun couple of hours of games, entertainment, puppet shows, face painting, treats and more.

We need Volunteers to help make this party a great success.
