Our new Junior Infants are settling in very well into life in LSP. It has been a busy month so far with the children making new friends, meeting their yard buddies, reading with the big kids in 6th Class and getting some schoolwork done too! We have been doing a lot of painting, making self-portraits and abstract art in the style of Jackson Pollock.

Our Aistear programme is up and running, we have been looking at the themes “Myself” and “My Family”. The following stations have worked very well in our class: Role-Play, Construction, Small World, Funky Fingers, Literacy and our Creation Station! Browse through our photos to see us in action!
