Senior infants did a lot of work this term on self-portraits. They drew portraits using different drawing instruments – pencil, colouring pencil and marker. They painted self-portraits concentrating particularly on skin colour and much time was spent on the paint-mixing skills required to produce skin colour in all its variations. Similarities and differences were explored, discussed and celebrated and it was agreed that being different is what makes us so much fun! Here are the portraits made using Playdoh!
