Fauvism Inspired Art

4th Class Explore Fauvism

Our 4th Class pupils have been busy this week creating self-portraits in the style of Fauvism. Known for its bold colours and expressive brushstrokes, Fauvism encourages artists to move away from realistic tones and instead use vibrant, imaginative colours to show personality and emotion.

The children really embraced this challenge—experimenting with striking colour combinations and unique styles to produce wonderful, eye-catching portraits. Their work is a fantastic example of creativity and self-expression.
