Fourth Class Weaving Well-Being

The Fourth Class Weaving Well-Being programme focuses on resilience. We talked about perspective which means how we see things. We can use perspective to see the bigger picture of the good things in our lives and not just the problems. Everyone decorated a jigsaw piece with the good things that they have in their lives. They are on display in the classroom to remind us that we have lots of nice things to focus on that can cheer us up when we are having a tough day.
