🎨 Clay Creations in Robbie’s 3rd Class! 🏺
As part of their Visual Arts studies, Third Class have been diving into the wonderful world of clay. The children have been developing fundamental clay-working skills, experimenting with form, and expressing their creativity through hands-on making.
With support from Bríd, the class learned how to create both pinch pots and coil pots, discovering how different techniques can shape and change the clay. They also explored a variety of clay artworks online, using these as inspiration for their own pieces.
The children had great fun decorating their pots in their own unique styles, and next week they will move on to painting their creations, bringing their artworks to life even further.
The class are very proud of their work — and rightly so! Their creativity and care shine through in every piece.
