Senior Infants would like to sincerely thank Sofia's dad, Keela's mum and Zayn's mummy for coming in on Intercultural Day to talk to us all. In one day we were able to visit Pakistan, Spain and India and are very grateful for the time taken to come in and for the presentations given. Shabnam taught us how to do a little bit of yoga and we learned the cobra, tree and butterfly poses. Natalya told us all about Madrid and showed us a shuffle dance with Keela. Danish made us all hungry when he spoke about chicken biryani. He told us too about the beautiful snow leopards that can be found in Pakistan. On our way home from our travels, we stopped in Ukraine for some delicious garlic bread called Pampushky. Thank you so much to Polina's mum and dad, Anastasiia and Ivan, for sending in such a delicious treat!
