Fourth Class

Fourth Class have been studying the journey that Hannibal and his army took across the Alps to defeat the Romans in 218BC. Each group took on a separate topic within the story and researched facts on the iPads. They then did a great job presenting their information on posters and explaining their interesting facts to the rest of the class.

Fourth Class spent an amazing day in Tralee, swimming in the Aquadome and rock wall climbing and boating at Tralee Bay Wetlands.

Fourth Class took part in a ‘Made of Earth’ experience in the Hunt Museum in December. Everyone enjoyed learning all about ceramics through the ages and making their own ceramic tile. The highlight for many was using the virtual reality headsets to explore the story of the Willow pattern.
