Hello and a warm welcome to the Limerick School Project website!
My name is Pamela Ronan, and I’m very proud to introduce you to our wonderful school community, right in the heart of Limerick City. At Limerick School Project, we’re passionate about providing a positive, inclusive and child-centred environment where every pupil feels valued, supported and encouraged to thrive.
We’re a modern, forward-thinking primary school with eight mainstream classes, from Junior Infants to Sixth Class. Our dedicated team of teachers and staff work together to deliver the full national curriculum in a way that’s active, engaging and tailored to the needs of our pupils.
As an Educate Together national school, equality, respect and care for all are at the core of everything we do. Our school isn’t just defined by its policies or curriculum — it’s shaped by the strong relationships between our children, staff, parents and wider community. We believe that nurturing these connections is key to creating a happy, supportive place where every child can feel safe and confident as they learn and grow.
We place a strong emphasis on pupil wellbeing and personal development. Alongside academic learning, our children are encouraged to develop independence, teamwork and leadership skills, and to become responsible, compassionate citizens. Through a combination of classroom learning and a wide range of extra-curricular activities, we aim to give every pupil opportunities to discover their strengths, explore their interests and build lifelong skills for the world ahead.
I invite you to explore our website to learn more about our school, what we value and the many activities and initiatives happening throughout the year. It’s a great way to stay connected and get a feel for the spirit of our school community.
Thank you for visiting — we look forward to welcoming you to Limerick School Project.
